A place where customer calls to get his/her problems solved or to get the
answers of quarries is called customer care. for example Microsoft, IBM have
customer care to keep in touch with their customers and to solve problems.
Customer care is the hube between cce and customer. Because customer need
a help and the cce give the help to the customer so I think customer care is very
important pare of the society.
- will find it difficult to sleep without completing a work given to
me ;-)

Generally I have no weakness actually I am sincere and honest

Spent my last day as usually and nothing special only thing is my time setting for

i have 6 years of experience in both Sales and Customer Operations fields, and
while performing in the trade line support department i enhanced the activation
process and minimized the AHT (average handling time) from 45 minutes
to 20 minutes where we gained very good customer experience, minimized cost
(per agent/hour) and also minimized paper work.
