 All the Drawing and internal layout shall be duly approved before commercement of work.

Terms & Conditions –

 The above prices are without the addition of taxes and taxes will be levied as applicable.
 One the work done as per the approved drawing and any change thereafter shall
be charged Extra.
 Work Shall be done at the Site itself.
 Incase of work carried out elsewhere shall attract loading and unloading
charges at actuals.
 Any Defects shall be attended to till Three months Free of charge. Any problem there
after shall be charged as per the nature of the work.
 The electricity & water should be arrangement on site all the working hours Free of cost.
 Minium 10-12 working hour per day including Sunday, Banking holiday.
 The project will be comleted within 8-10 Weeks from the date of work commenced.
Schedule of Payments -
 40% Advance for mobilisation of work.
 30% AFTER 15 DAYS
 25% AFTER ANOTHER 15 DAYS
 5% AFTER completion of the said work
