Budget Roaming Text is a menu based roaming text alternative. It allows Sun
roaming subscribers to text to the Philippines (any Philippine number) for only
Php 5/text. Sun subscribers using Budget Roaming Text menu can also check
their balance for free, forward messages, and even reload. This service is
available to Sun Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers.
• Sun roaming subscribers can now text the Philippines for only Php 5/text.
This is 80% cheaper than regular Sun roaming text.
• You can check your balance for FREE!
• You can see your sent items and even forward them.
• Each successful roaming text is only Php 5/per message. Failed attempts are
not charged.
• Balance Inquiry is Free.
• Forwarding messages is also Php 5/text.
• Due to Time Out – The Budget SMS roaming menu is only active for 60
seconds. Responses lasting more than 60 seconds will display an error
message.
• Due to Insufficient Balance – User must have at least Php 5 load.
5. How do I send a text via Budget Roaming Text?

The subscriber can check his account balance by accessing the Main Menu
(*111#) and choosing the (3) “Balance Inquiry” option.
SMS Notification: “Your account balance as of mm/dd/yyyy, hh:mm is PhP XXX.XX. Please
consume your credits before <date of expiration>.”
8. How do I Reload?
Load via Physical Call Cards – physical call cards can be loaded into the prepaid
roamers’ account in via the Main Menu by dialing *111# and choosing (4) Reload option.
Upon selecting option (4) Reload in the Main Menu, the subscriber will be asked to enter
the call card number + the pin. He will receive a USSD notification:
USSD Notification: “You have successfully loaded <amount>. Your account balance is
<total balance>. Please consume your credits before <date of expiration>.”
You must enter the 11-digit number starting with “0922, 0923, 0917, etc…” It is

• For Postpaid subs, the service is available to over 100 countries and 280
