! WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS

WARNING:
● Before beginning the installation, turn off electricity at the circuit breaker box or the main fuse box by
switching off the circuit breaker or removing the fuse.
CAUTIONS:
● These instructions are provided for your safety. It is very important that they are read completely before the
installation of your fixture. We strongly recommend that a professional electrician install the fixture.
● Disconnect fixture from the power source before replacing the bulb(s), making sure the bulb(s) had sufficient
time to cool down. DO NOT subject the lamp to any shock while lit as shattering of lamp may result.

PREPARATION
● Before beginning installation of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package
contents list and diagram above. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble, install or
operate the product. Contact customer service for replacement part.
● Estimated Assembly Time: 15 - 30 minutes
● Tools Required for Assembly (not included): Flathead screwdriver , Phillips screwdriver, pliers, electrical
tape, wire cutters, safety glasses &3, 100 Watt, Type - A Medium Base Bulbs.
● Helpful Tools (not included): Wire Strippers.

STEP 1: Coupling
Flat Cover
a . Loose the Coupling on the top center of the Center Lock Ball
Assembly and then remove the Coupling and Flat Cover
from the Center Assembly. Center
b . Remove the Lock Ball from the Side Rod. Locate the nipple Assembly Side
Rod
end of the Side Rod through the holes on the bottom of the
Fixture Body.

c. Locate the Flat Cover back onto the top end of the Center
Assembly and secure with the Coupling. Hand tighten until
snug.

STEP 2:
a . Determine the Rods to be assembled according to your
desired hanging height.
b . Pass the Supply Wires with Ground Wire through the 6” Rod
chosen Rods and then thread Rods and Center Assembly
together as shown. Tighten until snug. 6” Rod

STEP 3:
a . Pass the Supply Wires with Ground Wire through the Ceiling
Canopy
Swivel and Ceiling Canopy.
b . Thread the Swivel onto the top end of the Upper Rod and Swivel
hand tighten until snug.

STEP 4: Mounting Screw

a . Screw the Mounting Screws into the Crossbar , place the Crossbar
Lock Washers over the Mounting Screws and thread the Hex Nut
Hex Nuts onto the Mounting Screws as shown . Secure the
position of the Mounting Screws by tightening the Hex Nuts
against the Crossbar .
b . Secure the Crossbar to the Outlet Box with Outlet Box

STEP 5 :
* Use Wire Connectors ( not supplied ) to connect the WHITE OR RIBBED WHITE OR RIBBED
wires . FROM HOUSE FROM FIXTURE
a . Connect the House Ground Wire to the Fixture Ground
Wire.
b . Connect the House White ( or Ribbed ) Wire to the BLACK ( OR RED ) WIRE BLACK OR SMOOTH
Fixture Supply Wire ( White or Ribbed Side ) .

c . Connect the House Black ( or Red ) Wire to the Fixture FROM HOUSE
Supply Wire ( Black or Smooth Side ).
d . Wrap each connection with approved electrical tape and

carefully stuff all of the connected wires into the Outlet

STEP 6 :
a . Place the Ceiling Canopy over the Mounting Screws and
Outlet Box
thread Mounting Balls onto the Mounting Screws to secure
it. Hand tighten until snug.

STEP 7 :
a . Thread the beaded end of the Stem into the coupling
underside of the Socket Cluster. Hand tighten until snug.

STEP 8:
a . Position the Shade over the Socket Assembly. Locate the
nipple end of the Side Rod through the Ring on the side of
the Shade. Thread Lock Balls onto the nipple ends of the Socket
Side Rods and hand tighten until snug to secure the Shade. Assembly

STEP 9:
a. Locate the Diffuser over the end of the Stem, attach onto Shade
the Tabs on the bottom of the Shade. And then place the
Rubber Washer and the Steel Washer over the end of the
Stem. Secure them by threading the Knurled Nut onto the
Stem. Hand tighten until snug.
b. Locate the Cap over the end of the Stem and secure with Socket
the Finial. Hand tighten until snug. Cluster

STEP 10 :
a . Install correct Bulbs referring to fixture markings and/or labels for maximum wattage.

Your installation is completed now. Restore electricity. Retain this sheet for future reference.
