Part One:
Fiqh among the Four Imams
• They called to Tawheed and warned against Shirk up until Allah took their souls
• They called to unity and warned against splitting, and Hizbeeyah until they all
died
• They followed evidences which they held to be correct and they didn’t blind
follow anyone.
• They died in the order they were born; Bin Baz, Al-Albani, Al-Uthaymeen,
Muqbil
• Three out of four of them are buried next to each other; Bin Baz, Al-Uthaymeen,
Muqbil
• They are a reference for many of the present day Duat, Teachers, Mashaykh and
even some Ulema. In particular Al-Albani for Hadeeth.
• They differed among themselves in some issues of Fiqh, but never split, never
assaulted one another , or had hatred for their brothers.
• From their teachings there are many students who have become Ulema, writers,
editors, and even senior scholars.
• Their funerals are a sign for Ahulus Sunnah and a warning to Ahul bid’ah.1 The
salaf used to say the difference between Ahlus sunnah and Ahlul Bid’ah is the
numbers at the funeral
1
It ‘s said that a million people prayed over Bin Baz and Al-Uthaymeen.

Purification in Islam :
There is evidence from the Quran, Sunnah and Ijma that Wudu is obligatory for
certain acts of worship. It is a must for the one in puberty with his mental
faculties.
• Bin Baz and Muqbil: view it’s legislated to go in order with washing
each limb once and three times more complete.
• Bin Baz: viewed that ghusl on Friday is a stressed Sunnah, one that
shouldn’t but left off, but it’s not obligatory.
• Bin Baz, Al-Albani, Al-Uthaymeen and Muqbil: All agree that wiping
the neck during Wudu is an innovation (Bid’ah)
• Bin Baz and Muqbil both view : touching the penis breaks Wudu
• Uthaymeen : views that touching the penis without lust would make it
recommended to redo wudu as well.
