and Production documentation. Managed the documentation in Configuration Management system. Instituted partnership
between state and private higher education Engineering Schools to provide certification for System of Systems, System
Engineer, or Software Engineer certification for all business units within the corporation.

Knowledge Systems
Managed knowledge system which decreased e-mail volume by at least 30%. Insured all team members were aware of
