Job Purpose:
The purpose of the job is the integration of
consumer and market understanding to analyze the
business growth of brands(Gillete) in the areas like Africa
and Asia.

Duties:

1)Growing leadership brands


2)Guiding strategy development and portfolio choices
3)Optimizing our initiatives, brands, and brand portfolios
4)Consumer decision processes
5)Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s products or
services

 The sales manager must keep himself up-to-date with the


latest products of the brand.
 The manager must have very good communication and
negotiation skills so that he can communicate the targets
properly to the sales team .

 They also need to have organizational skills and must be good
with numbers assigning sales targets to the sales
representatives.
 They must have good leadership skills and must lead the sales
