Dear Sir,

1. Please refer to your letter No. A-4 dated 20.02.2008

2. The following are submitted for your perusal and kind consideration for
favorable action please :-

a) Each soldier is being verified from civil authorities before

becoming bonafide member of Armed Forces and is not
entitled to draw pay and allowances till receipt of Police
verification form concerned authority. If, Police verification
from civil authorities is not received by Army within the
stipulated period then the individual will have to be discharged
from Army service.

b) If any soldier after retirement from Army service commits any

type of crime and same is proved against him by the court of law then he
is also not entitled to draw his pensionary benefits and required
to deposit ex – servicemen papers to the concerned Records office
3. In the circumstances stated above, it is confirmed that the ex- servicemen
presently performing duties of Security Guard/Gunmen/Security Supervisor
with IBP, Mathura are not involved any type of crime and there is also not
pending any crime case against them.

4. However, notwithstanding the above, we are in process to obtain police

verification in respect of Security Guard/Gunmen/Security Supervisor as
desired by your office .

established strong liaison with civil administration to resolve day to day
problems.

locations as things are absolutely under control.

dishonored amount cheque.

9871997483 to SKYLARK CAGER INTERNATIONAL, WZ-908A Ring
Road Naraina, New Delhi. This is post paid Airtel number and presently
issued to Mr Ram Kumar, Manager Recovery. Unfortunately, this SIM Card
has slipped from the pent pocket of Mr Ram Kumar while driving his scooter
near the Naraina red light area on 27 Jun 2008 at 0845 hours.

2. In view of above, you are requested to lodge first information report for
loss of SIM Card No 9871997483 so that we may approach to AIRTEL
company for issue of duplicate SIM Card to this company as early as
possible.
