Responsibilities include the design development & construction documents for lig
ht commercial, single & multi-family projects including community clubhouse & po
ol facilities & high-end custom and speculative homes & production homes. Clien
t contact, Architectural DRC submittals, design development drawings, AutoCAD co
nstruction documents, engineering review and coordination & construction adminis
tration were performed on a multitude of these projects.

Responsibilities included the supervision of multiple cadd technicians and Archi
tectural Interns thru the creation of construction documents for single family p
roduction homes. Personal duties included: creation of Architectural DRC submitt
als for multiple municipalities, residential design & development, AutoCAD Const
ruction Documents, structural engineering and roof truss engineering review & ca
binet layouts and coordination.

Responsibilities included the supervision of multiple cadd technicians and Archi
tectural Interns thru a variety of project types with supervision over multiple
projects at a time. Project types were senior apartment buildings, small retail
strip centers, multi-story residential over parking garage and a four story Hil
ton Garden Inn Hotel. Construction Administration was performed on the senior a
partment projects for both H.UD. & C.H.A.F.A and the Retail center and Hilton Ga
rden Inn Hotel in Anchorage.

Responsibilities included site planning, unit and building designs and construct
ion documents with supervision over multiple projects and support staff. Project
types were townhouses, condominiums, apartments, production housing, mixed use
and custom single family homes. Construction Administration was performed on al
l project types.
