Hello there.
Black Water are a hard, groove rock band from the city of Leeds.

formed back in 2008, THEY HAVE SINCE FOUND THEMSELVES Opening for
old school rock royalty, headlining, supporting, winning an odd
battle of the bands for good measure, and just generally gigging
until their petrol tank runs dry.

THEY believe Music is all about the groove. After all, were it not
for those little notches cut into vinyl, music wouldn't be the same.
But just as LPs have faded into obscurity to be replaced by the CD,
that amazing feel of a band all writhing and flowing together has
gone too, replaced by the hyper polish of modern day.

That groove shouldn't have gone anywhere. Its what makes the music
come alive and breathe; it gets heads bouncing, bodies moving, and
people feeling what the band themselves are feeling.

With their new self Titled studio EP out soon, and

plans of further uk and European touring, Black
water are a band with a brighter future than most,
focusing on staying power, rather than the “here
today, gone tomorrow” success of current times.

so who makes up this magnificent entourage?

So this Is the part where
you can see some nice
words that people have
written about Black
water. Without further
ado, let’s crack on...

Black Water were fantastic... This
original music would sit side by side
with the greats of the classic era.
They remind me of a band called Argon
who were in their teens in the early
eighties. I hope Black Water don't do
what Argon did...i.e. split without
becoming great first! Both guitarists
are brilliant too.
