CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER
Provide a consultative role to LabCorp's Human Resources
(HR)department in project management, web support and
product implementation.
Provide implementation strategy to LabCorp for HR systems
and solutions including project management for employee
benefit enrollment program. Interact with LabCorp IT
and third party vendors to improve HR systems and
processes. Ensure that proper project documentation
is maintained including scope documents, budgets,
schedules, client communications and resource
assignments if applicable. Coordinate requirements of
mylabcorp.com website with the client and initiate
communications with the appropriate team(s). Make changes
to the website as needed and provide acceptance testing for
those changes made by another party.
Key Achievements:
* Mapped out workflow process for automating HR forms in
workflow tool (Team Track) and implemented to HR across
the U.S.
