CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER
Provide a consultative role to LabCorp's Human Resources
(HR)department in project management, web support and
product implementation.
Provide implementation strategy to LabCorp for HR systems
and solutions including project management for employee
benefit enrollment program. Interact with LabCorp IT
and third party vendors to improve HR systems and
processes. Ensure that proper project documentation
is maintained including scope documents, budgets,
schedules, client communications and resource
assignments if applicable. Coordinate requirements of
