CT Scan, Gate Lab, Bio Mechanical Resource Lab, Learning Center/Cadaver Lab and
7 Radiology suites (note: cost does not include build out of the two lower leve

In addition I evaluated existing facilities and created a Condition Assessment f
or Facility Master Planning Survey. Create a qualitative evaluation matrix that
compares componentsi.e., mechanical, plumbing, electrical, etc., -- with critica
l features by service area /department, age of building, code standards etc., in
order to estimate current and future capital resource needs of the owner.

Had oversight responsibility of the installation (MEP) design for the new Bremen
Community Critical Access Hospital replacement project and reported findings to

Responsible for all Plant Engineering, Preventive Maintenance Program, Construct
ion Management, Grounds and Property Management and direct report of Biomedical
, Security, Environmental and Dietary services functions for the hospital and of
f site healthcare locations which included a free standing Surgery and Womens Ce
nter, Inpatient Mental Health and physicians offices. Responsible for managing o
ver 28 renovation and new construction projects including selection process of a
rchitect, construction method and establishing the project budget. New construct
ion projects include Surgery, Recovery, Central Sterile Processing, ICU, Imaging

was achieved by quality and organization of documents.

Member of National Fire Protection Association, American Society for Healthcare

Safety Management:
Developed all organization-wide safety policies, procedures and programs.
Developed and implemented goals, objectives to measure the accomplishments and
non accomplishments of the programs to establish new standards for the safety of
the patient, staff, physicians, volunteers and visitors.

Implemented the systems Statement of Conditions for Interim Life Safety require
