Vendor Integration:
There are many different options by which, the vendor (restaurant/ fast food/ cab provider/ grocery
store) can be linked for orders. They are available from the following options:-

1. SMS System

Customer Registration
• The consumer first register to us with a specific mobile number through the web or by
downloading the application in the mobile

Food delivery

1. Minimum order amount Rs. 500


2. Select the restaurant from which the delivery had be made
3. Select item from the particular restaurant menu, which also contain the deals that the
restaurant offering
4. Select the quantity of the selected item
5. Confirm to add to the delivery cart
6. If want to select more item back to step 2 otherwise proceed to step 6
7. Select the delivery place home / work/current location /other (if other proceed to step 7
otherwise skip step 7)
8. Enter the new delivery address
9. Total Bill amount and tentative delivery time
10. Select payment mode
a. Cash on delivery
b. Use credit card if so enter credit card pin only.
11. If want to make more delivery proceed from other restaurant proceed to step 1.
12. This order with unique order identification number (OIN) would be forwarded to respective
restaurant.
13. The restaurant would confirm the order receipt and exact delivery time
14. A sms with exact amount, delivery time and delivery address would be sending to the user
with the delivery branch contact number.
15. Restaurant would pay 1% per order to One stop
Restaurant table booking

1. Select the restaurant on which the booking is to be made.


2. Select the branch of the restaurant
3. Enter number of seats
4. Enter restaurant arrival time
5. Enter the new delivery address
6. Enter secondary contact person cell number
7. This booking information with unique booking identification number (OIN) would be
forwarded to respective restaurant.
8. The restaurant would confirm the booking receipt
9. A sms with complete booking confirmation would be send to the user with the restaurant
branch contact number for where the booking is made.
10. Restaurant would pay Rs.10 per booking to One stop

Cab booking

1. Select the cab service on which the booking is to be made.


2. Enter the point of pick up
3. Enter the drop point
4. Enter time of pick up
5. Enter no of personal to be seated
6. Enter secondary contact person cell number
7. This booking information with user primary and secondary cell phone number with unique
booking identification number (OIN) would be forwarded to respective cab service
8. The cab service would call and confirm the booking information pick and drop point with
charges
9. A sms with complete booking confirmation with the amount would be send to the user with
the cab service contact number.
10. Cab service would pay Rs.10 per booking to One stop

Movies/Games delivery

1. Select movie or game


2. Select the category of movie form English /Pakistani/ Indian/ other or select gaming console
form PS2/PS3/PSP/XBOX
3. Select the movie or the game form the list
4. Enter the media type from DVD/ blu ray disc /5.1 channel disc / 3D disc if step I is game then
skip III
5. Select the quantity of the selected item
6. Confirm to add to the delivery cart
7. Select the delivery place home / work /current location/other (if other proceed to step 1d
otherwise skip step 1d)
8. Enter the new delivery address
9. Total Bill amount and tentative delivery time
10. Select payment mode
a. Cash on delivery
b. Use credit card if so enter credit card pin only.
11. If want to make more delivery proceed from proceed to step I.
12. This order with unique order identification number (OIN) would be forwarded to respected area
movie store.
13. The movie store would confirm the order receipt and confirm exact delivery time
14. A sms with amount, delivery time and delivery address would be sending to the user with the
delivery branch contact number.
15. Movie store would pay 1% per order to One stop

Air ticket booking

1. Select for international or national


2. Enter departure city
3. Enter arrival city
4. Enter number of seats
5. Select the airline with respect to the flight available with ticket prices
6. Displays total amount
7. Payment via credit card, enter credit pin or complete credit card detail.
8. This booking information with user primary and secondary cell phone number with unique
booking identification number (OIN) would be forwarded to respective airline service
9. A sms with complete booking confirmation with unique PRN number with the amount
would be send to the user with the cab service contact number.
10. airline service would pay same % that they pays to travel agent for per booking to One stop

Grocery purchasing

ORDER DELIVERY PROCESS

Step#1: Online order is placed by the customer.

Step#2: System routes the order to concern store which is third party.

Step#3: Distributor purchases the product from our designated retailer. Multiple orders made within 3
hour’s time slot will be purchased at once.

Step#4: Distributor verifies the product quality and expiry dates.

Step#5: Distributer delivers the order to the customer and receives the delivery receipt. If the order is
rejected by customer then the order is marked as rejected with Rs. 100 penalty.

Step#6: Distributor will update order status in the system.
