Facilitated overseas development and coordination of crucial drawing sets with o

Developed all 3D renderings for medical and residential projects, often combinin
g manual techniques with computer-aided imaging to complete a variety of graphic
s including: interior vignettes, exterior cladding options, and propositional st
ory boards for upcoming projects.
Assisted as a member of a larger team in development of more vast medical projec
ts through all phases, as well as equipment and code compliance research, red li
ning and revisions, and banding together through pressing deadlines.
Identified issues and facilitated conflict management between all representative
parties; researched and provided recommendations for discrepancies between city
officials, facility inspection agents and public safety inspectors.
Visited sites to establish existing conditions and measurements at the start of
the design process. Also provided periodic visits during CA phase to ensure com
pliance with design intent and to uphold quality standards.
Directed private bid process and headed meetings to discuss and solidify options

Communicated between client, consultant, and design team the project development
s, changes and clarifications of a luxury villa and hotel complex on Maui.
Led the design development and CD phase of particular structures within the luxu
ry villa complex ranging from condo units to maintenance buildings.
Integrated client desires within a culturally and experientially devoted firm ph
ilosophy.
Operated deadline coordination with last minute design details, printing compani
es and dissemination orders.
Researched multiple engineering systems, finish options, and artistic nuances to
heighten the efficiency and experience of the Villa units.
