* Through an asset purchase of Common Knowledge by Toluna USA, I led the financi
al infrastructure by combining the two entities on April 1, 2009 and therefore c
losing Common Knowledge. Handled all tax and payroll consolidation including mo
ving onto new accounting package from QuickBooks to Exact Globe.
