SUMMARY
Aerospace technical professional with extensive experience in engineering, manuf
acturing and program management of critical rocket hardware. Most recently a de
sign engineer creating drawings and specifications for NASA manned flight space
hardware. Twelve years of effective program management experience including: 1)
management of NASA Space Shuttle reusable rocket motor hardware fabrication and
post-fire performance assessment; 2) management of former Soviet Union rocket d
ismantlement in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) START treaty require
ments; and 3) managed staff operations for Ukrainian SS-24 missile propellant re
moval as a key liaison between project management and line management achieving
focused results, budget and schedule compliance.

smantlement, and salvage of 111 former Soviet Union SS-19 missiles in Dniepropet
rovsk, Ukraine (completed in 1999).
* Provided in-country temporary support (2 months each year) for two Expatriate
Operations and Safety Specialists.
* SS-19 project accumulated 1.5 million man hours with no lost time accidents.
* In January 2000 assumed increased responsibilities for disassembly and storage
preservation of 56 former Soviet Union SS-24 missiles.
