1) HEB SA #15 555 Renovation Duties include, assisting the project a
rchitect with as-built surveying, development of construction documents, QC/QA,
coordination with HEB consultants, and design reviews. The scope of work include
s the renovation of the deli and entrance areas and the design of a ramp connect
ed to a new on-site modular building.
2) HEB SA #16 205 Renovation Dut
ies include, assisting the project architect with as-built surveying, developmen
t of construction documents, QC/QA, coordination with HEB consultants, and desig
n reviews. The scope of work includes the renovation of the cosmetics, pharmacy,
bakery, warehouse, and the design of the cart storage/vestibule expansion.
Ella Austin Community Center HVAC and Roof Improvements - Duties include, assis
ting the project architect with as-built surveying, development of construction
documents, QC/QA, coordination with mechanical-historic preservation consultants
, and design reviews. The scope of work includes an existing condition assessmen
t of the roof and HVAC equipment.
SAC Visual Arts and Technology Center Renovation and Expansion - Duties include,
assisting with the pre-design presentations, programming, preliminary cost esti
mating, development of construction documents, QC/QA, coordination with Geotechn
ical-Civil-Landscape-Structural-MEP consultants, and design reviews. The scope o
f work consists of developing construction documents for an 11,000 SF expansion
and building improvements to the exterior envelope including replacement of stor
efront, windows and roof systems.
Bexar County Sheriffs Firing Range Duties include, assisting the project archit
ect with the presentation, development of construction documents, QC/QA, coordin
ation with Geotechnical-Civil-Structural-MEP consultants, and design reviews. Th
e scope of work includes the design of a new Firing Range to be executed in thre
e phases of construction. The final complex will include a fully baffled 50pt. f
iring range, sniper range, gas house, shoot house, parking lot and administratio
n building.
Council District 7 Pool Improvements Duties include, assisting the project arch
itect with the as-built surveying, presentation, development of construction doc
uments, QC/QA, coordination with Structural-MEP consultants, and design reviews.
The scope of work includes an existing condition assessment of four public pool
facilities.
SARA Administration Building - Duties include, assisting the project architect w
ith the development of construction documents, QC/QA, and design reviews. The pr
ime design firm retained SJPA as consultants to produce elevations, sections and
details for a new administration building for the San Antonio River Authority.
Chocolate Store - Duties include, producing a preliminary cost estimate, and sch
ematic floor plans for a new tenant space.

Student Intern Architect
Developed, checked, and coordinated construction documents of several eat-in res
taurants for clients restaurant chain.
Assisted project architect with preliminary as-built surveying and design develo
pment documents of the UNITY Church in Little Havana, Miami.

companys line of vanities and bathroom accessories.
