construction management activities, assigned personnel and
consultants. Interfacing with project designers and contractors.
Ensuring that contractors were in compliance with project plans and
specifications. Monitoring quality of work done by contractors and
quality of materials used on-site. Evaluating progress of each
project phase to determine if time schedules and cost objectives were
being met. Ensuring correct application of Project Procedures Manual
and all Quality and Safety (HSE) Processes throughout the Project.
Ensuring that all parties worked on the latest updated of relevant
documents, that all documents were archived and that the history of
the project could be traced. Attending all meetings required at
Project Level, to ensure due management and coordination. Supervising
the programme execution on a daily basis, to ensure the progress of
works, including site meeting. Obtaining from the Contractor and
checking the Contractor's time schedule in accordance with the
project master schedule. Ensuring that sufficient means and resources
have been provided for by the Contractor to achieve the agreed
construction plan. Weekly and monthly reporting in writing on the
Quality and Safety (HSE) project activity. Forecasting on general
