Battalion Operations Staff (Schools Manager) 10/09 to Present
Serve as staff, in the Battalions Operations section, as the Battalions Schools
Manager. Appointed as the Organizational Defense Travel Administrator. Submitt
ed travel authorizations for approval from Budget Management. Coordinate dates
for the soldiers to attend Army career advancement schools. Schedule training e
vents for the Battalion to improve the Drill Sergeants ability to train new recr
uits.
Drill Sergeant, 10/07 to 10/09
Served as a Drill Sergeant, training more than 1 thousand new recruits in Rifle
Marksmanship, Unarmed Combatives, and Close Quarters Combat. Trained and direct
ed soldiers to excellence in physical fitness. Ensured soldiers carried the hig
hest morale and discipline. Chosen as Drill Sergeant of the Cycle for outstandi
ng mentorship and dedication.
Fire Team Leader, 01/02 to 10/07
Served as team leader within the platoon. Supported battlefield operations and
provided area/convoy security during overseas assignments in Iraq (Operation Ira
qi Freedom). Detained and arrested countless high value targets around Baghdad.
Specialized in small team tactics without the direction of senior leadership.
