functions for payments. Determined interests to be released for
payment depending on title resolution. Assisted royalty owners with
title issues; letters testamentary and probate matters, or laws of
descent and distribution in the jurisdiction; assisted with trusts,

WORK ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Was selected to participate in a train-the-trainer project and was
assigned to a Steering Committee to assist in transition and
continuity with TQM and best practices initiatives for my department.
Initiated project to track company's overriding royalty interests
and revenues on properties operated by others, successfully
recovering over $300,000 in withheld revenues by third party
disburser due to a misunderstanding of gas dedication under an
existing gas purchase contract.
Coordinated research project to track descendants of deceased
owners, clear title objections and release suspended revenues due to
be escheated by the State as unclaimed funds, thus enhancing owner
relations and regulatory compliance. Also identified owners with
minimum pay and implemented new payment rules for those with minute
fractional interests, resulting in process improvement, cost savings,
revenue tracking and improved owner relations.

between Acquisitions/Trades/Sales team and Division Order Dept. to
