over 12 complex FDIC/RTC financial institution lawsuits along with the investiga
tion of many hundreds of financial files. I was the key fact witness for the FDI
C/RTC cases in the Southwest. I managed other investigators and financial analys
ts studying wrong doing by borrowers, officers/directors and investors.
* Lending: I have been involved in most types of loan transactions including but
not limited to the following: Commercial Business, Consumer, SBA, Asset - Based
, Commercial & Residential Real Estate, Equipment, etc. In addition, I have many
years of experience in the business development side of banking. This experienc
