While at USI I was assigned to the East Hartford, CT Pratt & Whitney Facilities
& Services account. Hired first other than my direct reports, helped build a tea
m of CA's and PM's that became the highest rated and profitable for JCI.
My primary duties were to plan, design and implement Facilities and Services pro
jects. My main focus is the management of all roofing and roofing operations thr
ough out the East Hartford and Middletown campuses totaling 7.2 million square f
eet. While in this position I completed over 4 million square feet of new roof i
nstallations and repairs. This included the oversight of all project financial d

While at Farmington Concrete Construction my primary duties were to over see all
operations including Engineering, Estimating, Purchasing, Project Management an
d Accounting Departments. Reviewing and Implementing new control procedures and
standards for each area. In addition while there we set up and started a new com
pany called CCPS (Connecticut Concrete Products and Services, LLC) whose primary
goal was the wholesale purchase and resale of concrete products and services su
ch as decretive concrete stains, stamping and etching along with an extensive fo
