* Assist with the coordination of sub-contractor bid documents and proposals to
buy out job.
* Work as liaison with project manager and estimator to ensure the scope of work
is clearly defined and included within the subcontractor's proposals.
* Maintain, organize and manage the inventory control and schedule of materials
for all projects which resulted in cost effective savings for all parties involv

* Review custom millwork drawings for architectural mill work and case work.
