Experience:
Commercial Escrow Officer:
My responsibilities included implementing commercial and residential sale contra
cts, which included preparing all documents needed to close the transaction and
resolving problems on the title report. Also processed and handled commercial a
nd residential refinances. I worked closely with sellers, buyers, real estate a
gents, lenders and principal and lender attorneys.
Foreclosure Officer:
I was responsible for processing foreclosures from start to finish, including co
nducting the actual sale of properties and preparing the final documents.
Escrow Coordinator:
I worked with closing attorney finalizing purchase and sale contracts, prepared
necessary documents for closing transactions. I also worked with commercial cre
dit line lenders, reviewed contracts and was also responsible for the care takin
g of all original documents. I worked with a national title company ordering ti
tle reports, reviewing title reports and helping clear problems on the title and
coordinating closings across the United States.
