St John's University, Queens, New York
Responsible for a $150 million Capital Reconstruction Master Plan of the St. Joh
n's Queens Campus. As team leader of 25 facility engineers, designers and contr

Spearheaded the strategic planning of all construction activities with the Provo
st and University Faculty. Implemented building infrastructure upgrades for spor

nts throughout the campus providing a safe learning and working environment.

NBC - Universal, New York City
Managed the architectural engineering, design and construction of over 1.2 milli
on SF at 30 Rockefeller Plaza. Major network, control rooms and broadcast operat
ions conversion projects for HDTV including the construction of "Late Night with
Conan O'Brien" studio upgrade.
Chaired progress reviews and weekly budget meetings with outside architects, eng
ineers and contractors. Control and appropriation of all Capital Funding for Inf
rastructure. Coordinated all NY State and NYC building permits and variances.
Achieved successful negotiations with 40 vendors and consultants saving an avera
ge of 10 percent on contracts.
Supervised the design and construction of the NBC-GE Medical Facility. The10,000
sf. center featuring critical care centers, x-ray suites, and laboratories area
s was completed on schedule.
Directed the MSNBC News Division Complex. A 200,000 sf. facility with a $52 Mill
ion budget. The project was fast-tract and completed under budget yielding a 10%

Directed the CNBC Building Annex and Data Center. A 70,000 sf., $18 Million proj
ect with new equipment rooms, power room expansion with redundant UPS and 500 KV
A generators. Critical job completion with no loss to broadcast air time.

Directed a department of 12 staff and field engineers at the New York Power Auth
ority field office for Long Island.
Spearheaded the energy analysis program and implemented construction to over 25
state and county municipal buildings and school districts.
Supervised energy audit GREEN conservation measures with Infra Red, BMS, HVAC a
nd complete building envelope analysis, demonstrating an average savings of 25%
to customers' gas - electrical utility bills and CO2 Reduction.
