**Direct Response Mail Contract: Worked closely with management and contractin
g team to negotiate mailing services contract for two large programs; contract a

-Conducted analysis of existing costs for FY10 and FY11 against vendor propo
sal (estimated value at $10.8 million for direct mail and Holiday Campaign porti
