Key Projects:
* Gold Ridge: Transformed existing project by resolving 3-year, stand-still nego
tiations with U.S. Bureau of Reclamation for 9 easements necessary for bridge an
d utility crossing, reducing $400K in retaining wall expense, expanding premium
lot sizes, and salvaging $1.5M in interest for time that would have been lost du
e to Department of Water Resources investigation into false alarm regarding wate
r quality.
* Emerald Gardens: Led negotiation and acquisition of water reservoir and pump s
tation as well as managed 90 single-family home project at $1.2M below budget.
* Cheyenne: Selected to quickly remedy project in which 21 families were prepare
d to move in to new home but water and sewer mains were not yet approved. Negoti
ated $60K retention basin expansion to alleviate city flooding concerns to recei
ve immediate approval for construction of mains to 21 residences in question.
