* Emerald Gardens: Led negotiation and acquisition of water reservoir and pump s
tation as well as managed 90 single-family home project at $1.2M below budget.
* Cheyenne: Selected to quickly remedy project in which 21 families were prepare
d to move in to new home but water and sewer mains were not yet approved. Negoti
ated $60K retention basin expansion to alleviate city flooding concerns to recei
ve immediate approval for construction of mains to 21 residences in question.
