2009 Current Executive Recruiter in the IT/Sales Division at Management Recr
uiters International
Create a sales plan to present to clients about my abilities as an Executive Rec
ruiter to provide the client with the best staffing solutions available in the m
arket.
Develop a sales presentation to build a strong client base and strong client rel
ationships based on performance.
Recruit the best possible candidates for the open client positions that I am res
ponsible to fill in a timely manner.
Ongoing communications is critical to bond with the clients and candidates to be
successful as a recruiter.
Meet forecasted goals and metrics each quarter and year.
Promote a positive attitude and fun for the office environment.
These licenses were complex and needed to be explained many time which needed m
e to be in Washington, DC to meet with DOC or DOD to gain license approval
Helped open and staff the Licensing office in Washington, DC hiring many of the
staff for the office.
Managed export licensing employees in multiple countries in South America, Japan
, China, Hong Kong, Korea, Africa and Australia, as they would submit applicatio
ns for shipment.
Required to travel to the countries to conduct Audits of the exports processes a
nd procedures and record keeping in compliance with the government regulations.
During my team as the Export/Import Manager Digital Equipment Corp lost its Dist
ribution License. This meant that every nut and bolt that shipped from the US n
eeded an export license. I established and automated system between DEC and the
DOD/DOC to issue license to Washington until we re-issued our Distribution Lice
nse.
In order for the License to be re-issued each Area Export Manager had to write a
details compliance document for the government to approve. This was written a
nd presented to the government and the license was granted.
1985 1982 Country Development Systems and Functional Manager
The country development manager was responsible for development of the order man
agement function in the General International Area.
Managed the order entry function at a central location in Chelmsford, Massachuse
tts. Processed all orders from the foreign sites to our manufacturing sites thr
oughout the United States and Canada.
The first country we migrated the OE function was Hong Kong, the second was Sing
apore, and there was a plan to migrate the function throughout the GIA Countries
. I first had to implement the Order Entry Application to the Hong Kong office,
manage the data room creation, the start up of the application, fine tuning the
application, set up the user profiles, create and conduct the training for the
employees who would be processing the orders and train the Salesforce as to what
information they could obtain from the system. I spent most of the time in Hon
g Kong with a six month timeline to complete. We met the implementation timelin
e and budget.
Continued with the plan to the other countries using much of the same processes
with improvements from lessons learned.
Ran a dual operation between the US and the GIA countries to insure compliance t
o processes and procedures.

lems for any of the Financial Companies in the New York/New Jersey Area. This d
istrict was one of the most demanding due to the large Banking population.

ew business relationships. We worked closely with the marketing organization to
