India CA Students Conference to be held in Nagpur.
CA Students are invited to register as delegates by filling the enclosed registration form and

The delegate fee may be paid either in cash or by an Account Payee Cheque / Demand Draft in
the name of “All India CA Students Conference” payable at Nagpur. The delegate fee is inclusive
of Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner on Day 1 & Breakfast, Lunch & High Tea on Day 2 and the
conference materials.

Invitation to Contribute Technical Papers
Students are invited to contribute papers for the various technical sessions. It has been decided to
select three papers on each topic. Registration Fees of Paper writers selected for presentation of
paper at the Conference will be refunded. All paper writers of the All India CA Students
Conference will be reimbursed to and fro 2 Tier AC railway fare by the shortest route.
They would also be paid an allowance @ 1,500/- per day which would include expenses on
boarding, lodging and conveyance. The daily allowance would be payable on actual expenses
incurred up to a maximum of four days to meet the daily and incidental expenses subject to actual
number of days spent from the commencement of the journey till the end of the journey, including
travel time.
Students interested to submitting papers can do so by sending the following details by email to
nagpur@icai.org before the 30th June 2011. A student cannot submit more than one paper.
1. Soft copy of the paper in 14 point typing in word format in about 7 or 8 pages.
2. Bio data of the student along with registration number, course of study, complete postal
address for communication, phone no. (Landline & mobile) & e-mail id.
3. The subject of the mail should be “Paper on ‘your topic’ for “All India CA Students Conference”
to be organized at Nagpur on 23rd & 24th July 2011.
Students are also invited to present their performances during the cultural events.
