Mac OS X Installation
Double-click HandyShare 2.x.x.x Setup.mpkg on the included SD card to launch the installer.

When you connect the Q3/Q3HD recorder to your computer, HandyShare will automatically launch.
If QuickTime has not been installed on your computer, or the version installed is an older version, the QuickTime installer will launch. After installing QuickTime, HandyShare will automatically launch when you reconnect the Q3/Q3HD recorder to your computer.

When you connect the Q3/Q3HD recorder to your Mac, HandyShare will automatically launch.

If you are using HandyShare Ver. 1

On your computer running Windows XP, the first time HandyShare Ver. 2 is automatically launched after it has been installed, a Start HandyShare item appears in the auto play dialog. Do not select this. The Start HandyShare item will not appear in the auto play dialog when launching automatically after the first time.

Important notes about installation

During installation, administrator privileges are necessary. If you do not have administrator privileges, please consult with your system administrator. When installing, quit all other running applications. Restarting the computer might be necessary after installation is completed.
