Laying concerete of any grade (strictly controlied condition), machine vibrated upto any level, floor height including finishing the expose surface, fixing/removal of pockets fixing of sleeves and inserts, cutting etc complete in all respect as instructed by PM/EIC foundation, raft, slabs beems, footings basis of column, columns (circular or rectangular) mass concrete, suspended floor roof, lintels, beems, facade girders, butteresses, sills, mouldinf, cantilevers landing, stair cases, chajjas, individually or forming box, louvers & projecting bends, overhead water tank etc compleat. Centering shuttering including application of shuttering oil scaffolding, strutting propping etc. (with any approved/supplied material by the company), including removal of framework at all level & heights for R.C.C. Laying of steel reinforcement in position including cutting , bending , placing & binding as per drawing or as instructed by PM/EIC. Brick work in cement mortor in basement super structure , vertical or tapering or curved faces including B/W in thinner of joints. Half brick masonary including plaqcing of 6/8mm. Dia MS bars at every 3rd course curing etc. Upto all height at all levels complete as per drawing or as instructed by PM/EIC. plastering work in cement morter (internal & external ) on walls , ceillings, chajjas facia, louers beams, columns, moulding including surface preparation , making of grooves & drip course or fixing of chicken mesh / fish mesh at the junction of R.C.C & brick work at level & heights including curing & scaffolding . (inner scaffolding by contractor & outer by company ((Amrapali grand ) Construction of raft including all layouts , levels , P.C.C & finishing as described in 2a , 2b& 2c or as instructed by PM/ EIC. Sqft Construction of retaining / shear wall including alingment , levels & finishing as described in sec 2a ,2b & , 2c or as instructed by PM / EIC.
