Announcement of the International Conference

We hereby would like to inform you that the International Conference Emerging Information & Communication Technologies in Higher Education-2011 will be held jointly by the Mongolian University of Science and Technology and the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education at the Mongolian University of Science and Technology on July 8 10, 2011 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. We would like to cordially invite you to participate and attend this conference which is aimed for raising awareness of emerging ICTs in higher education of developing countries; discuss best practices and strengthen partnerships for establishing a strategy for quality of higher education. For detailed information please see the Concept Paper.
