Steps: Click on help in SAP main user menu. Click on Create Support Message.

Steps: Click on component and select your respective module. Write the short text in the next field below component. Assign prio priority to your ticket. Write the matter of ticket/support message. Click on to send the ticket. After sending the ticket system will generate a number. Note that number.

Steps: Log in your Solution Manager server. Double click on CRM_DNO_MONITOR or write the same t-code t in the command field.

Steps: Under Transaction data click on Click on to import/attach your document (scanned scanned). Click on to save your ticket. Your ticket has been successfully saved in the system for further process.
