CEMENT FROM CLINCKER

Mans effort to build a shelter for himself and to make it more and more comfortable, dates back to the very dawn of history. For this, he needed some construction materials in the beginning, he relied upon nature but gradually, later on he produced a wonderful material for construction known as cement. Development activities are indispensable for any economy. The crux of economic growth and development depends upon the rapid rate of capital formation. In 1947, the country had a production capacity of only 2.15 million tones which by 1974 exceeded 21 million tonnes through an addition of 40 addition works. Today the production capacity is gone up to nearly 50 million tonnes, the maximum production of which goes to the Associated Cement Companies (ACC). The production of cement requires lime stone as the main raw material, besides others like bauxite, clay, iron ore, gypsum, and coal. With the increasing cement production the consumption of these raw materials will also increase commensurately. Report Cost: Rupees Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Only with CD. ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE PANEL

Manufacturing of steel tubes & pipes is, basically a Heavy Mechanical Engineering industry and is mostly produced in large scale. ERW steel tubes are chiefly used in bicycles, transformers, L.P. Boilers, furnitures industries etc. While seamless steel tubes are used in oil exploration, fertilizer, boiler & chemical industries. Normally, the plant capacity of Indian steel tube units ranges from 5,000 M.T. to 25,000 M.T. per annum. The industry of even smaller capacity is possible which can suit the S.S.I. parameters but the economy of scales is always there. The improving industrial climate, greater emphasis on oil exploration, power generation and the nuclear programme have improved prospects for the Indian steel pipes and tubes industry, despite some temporary difficulties created by official policy. It now manufacturers items like seamless tubes and speciality pipes for use in oil exploration and drilling, conveyance of petroleum and gas, the chemical and fertiliser industries, nuclear plants etc. a and more speciality products are on the cards. The ancient system of medicine practiced in India thousands of years ago in the vedic period and before is termed as Ayurveda. The contribution of thousands of medical luminances has been completed in the ayurvedic system to make it as one of the most wide as well as perfect system of medicine in the world. Moreover the system has been tested through years of practices, making it more perfect. The main problem in the way of this medical practice is its slow system of cure and the need for anorm of life which is very difficult to realise in the fast life today suitable in themselves to the body they were found to grow unsuitable under the consideration of their place time, measure mixtures and nature etc. Fish for example especially for chilchima variety should not be taken with milk, the meat of domesticated animals of those that line in marshy region and these that are acquatic should not be taken in conjuction with such things as honey sesame oil molasses milk garden, raddish lotus, stalks, paddy etc. Report Cost: Rupees Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Only with CD. MARGARINE BUTTER FROM VEGETABLE OIL

Margarine is a complex system essentially containing on the one hand a mixture of triglycerides which are either crystallized or noncrystallized at ambient temperature, and aqueous ingredients on the other hand. Minor ingredients, e.g. emulsifiers, flavours, colouring matter, vitamins etc. are dissolved or dispersed in either the fatty or the aqueous phase. Depending on the content of crystallized triglycerides in the fatty phase, the margarine is either pourable or more or less shape-retaining at ambient temperature. Since in conventional margarines the aqueous ingredients are dispersed in the form of small droplets in the fatty ingredients, margarines are generally water-in-oil type emulsions. GREEN HOUSE FOR CROP PRODUCTION

India has witnessed an increase in food grain production from 51 million tones (50s) to 206 million tonnes at the turn of the century and that has helped in achieving self sufficiency. However, quick shrinking of the agricultural land threatens sustainable production of food grains and its ability to feed ever growing mouths. In this context, careful tailoring of soil and crop management practices suitable to local needs is of great importance to keep up the pace of production. Precision Farming otherwise called prescription farming or site-specific farming helps to overcome these constraints by accurately assessing the variability of crop production practices in space-time continuum by utilizing tools like Global Positioning System (GPS), Geographical Information System (GIS), Remote Sensing (RS) and Sensors. Radio Taxi is a great concept for comfortable travel and particularly for traveling long distances across the city as driving or taking the ordinary taxi is not a very good option. The not very modern taxi company has asked you to develop a computer-based booking and planning system. At present, there is an operator receiving phone calls from customers. The customer can book a taxi for a future occasion. The operator registers such bookings in a schedule. The customer can also ask for a transport at soon as possible. The operator then makes a request by phone to a planner, who has radio communication with the taxi cars. The planner gives an estimated time it would take to reach the customer. If booking is acknowledged by the customers:earfact customers wright reserves many invoices and emers which pay directly to the taxi driver. RE REFINING USED ENGINE OIL

Re-refining of used oils is now accepted and recognised as a legitimate source of supplementing petroleum oils. Prior to the escalation of oil prices, petroleum lubricants and other industrial oils were very cheap and their conservation and saving was not economically attractive. Users did not care to recovery and preserve used oils, which were allowed to be lost or were disposed of by easiest possible means. Rise in Oil prices has compelled the users firstly to economise the use of oils and secondly to recover, grade and store the used oils. Attractive prices and ready acceptability have given a boost to this industry. The current production of rerefined oils in the country is around 30,000 tonnes per year. This is hardly five per cent of the oil consumed, therest 95 percent is lost. In most of the applications, lubricants only degrade and are not destroyed. Around 10 lakh tonnes/year of oils are therefore lost in the environment, and pollute ground and water. This therefore, requires and urgent look into the design of machines, and machine lubrication systems. The design criterion is required to be changed from used lubricant drain out to preservation and collection. Report Cost: Rupees Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Only with CD. BAKERS YEAST
Bakers yeast is an inseparable bakery ingredient to cause fermentation in the dough used to make bakery items. As a result of fermentation we get soft and fluffy bakery items. In the present era there is an increasing trend towards processed and fast food consumption like bakery items. While demand for bakery items is saturated in developed countries it is increasing at a consistent pace in the developing nations with increased demand for processed food items like pizza base, burger buns. Yeast is a unicellular microorganism which primarily requires sugars, water and warmth to stay alive. In addition, albumen or nitrogenous material is also necessary for yeast to thrive. There are hundreds of different species of yeast identified in nature, but the genus and species most commonly used for baking is Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The scientific name Saccharomyces cerevisiae, means a mold which ferments the sugar in cereal (saccharo-mucus cerevisiae) to produce alcohol and carbon dioxide. Yeasts are usually spherical, oval or cylindrical in shape and a single cell of S. cerevisiae is around 8?m in diameter. Report Cost: Rupees Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Only with CD. FIRE EXTINGUISHERS
Cut-off of oxygen supply or bringing down the temperature of the burning mass below its ignition point, are the two ways of fire fighting. Pouring water on burning materials serves as (i) the evaporation of water to steam involves the absorption of the latent heat of vaporization which it takes from the burning mass and thus in turn the burning material, by giving its heat to water for steam formation, becomes collar i.e. its temperature lowers. (ii) Oxygen supply to burning materials is abstracted as air is swept away from its neighborhood due to steam formation. In controlling big fires, water at pressure is drawn from street hydrants by the portable pumping sets carried with the fire brigades. Water is directed to the surface of the burning mass. MILK POWDER AND GHEE

Milk Powder is the milk that has been dried or desiccated. This is usually done by heating the milk. The final product contains less than three percent water. Milk powder can be prepared from whole milk. Milk from which fat has been partially removed, or from skim milk. There are a number of advantages in converting milk into milk powder. Milk contains Eighty-seven percent water and because of this it gets spoilt quickly. It also needs special and bulky containers for transport. On the other hand, milk-powder takes up only one-eight of the space of the original milk. Besides, milk in powder form can keep for a long period as much as six to eight months under tropical conditions. Report Cost: Rupees Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Only with CD. DOP AND OTHER PLASTICIZERS

Plasticizers have been found to be used largely by vinyl industry, where they improve processability of resins and inhance the properties of the end product. The first successful use of end product. The first successful use of a plasticizer in the preparation of a plastic, however, was long before the development of polyvinyl chloride. When the Hyatt brothers used camphor to plasticizer nitrocellulose, about 1868, and thereby brought celluloid into existance the invention marked the begining of both the plastics and the plasticizer industries. Camphor was replaced by tripheniyl phosphate after some years and a little later trieresyl phosphate was also used with nitrocellulose. In the early 1920s phthalates were introduced but the demand for plasticizers remained small, limited largely by its dependence on the market for cellulose nitrate plastics. PET BOTTLES FOR PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY ON SINGLE STAGE BLOW MOULDING MACHINE
While PET bottle development was proceeding in the US, a large manufacturer of injection moulding machines in Japan, was leading a project to develop a machine to make biaxially oriented PP (polypropylene) containers. They recognized that the prototype machine could be used to produce the new PET bottles and, in December 1975, the One-stage ASB-150 injection stretch blow moulding machine for making the new biaxial oriented PET bottles was unveiled. All one-stage injection stretch blow moulding machines derived from this original Stretch Blow design are referred to as classic one-stage machines, as the concept has long since been extended into other PET developments. The classic one-stage machines design is extremely versatile in that the same basic machine design can be used to make a wide variety of bottles and jars in all shapes and sizes, which was the standard single-stage machine in the early years, had eight cavities for 1.5 litre bottles. E-WASTE
The electrical and electronic waste (e-waste) is one of the fastest growing waste streams in the world. The increasing market penetration in developing countries, replacement market in developed countries and high obsolescence rate make e-waste as one of the fastest growing waste streams. Environmental issues and trade associated with e-waste at local, transboundary and international level has driven many countries to introduce interventions. In accordance with the National Environmental Policy (NEP) and to address sustainable development concerns, there is a need to facilitate the recovery and/or reuse of useful materials from waste generated from a process and/or from the use of any material thereby, reducing the wastes destined for final disposal and to ensure the environmentally sound management of all materials. The NEP also encourages giving legal recognition and strengthening the informal sectors system for collection and recycling of various materials. In particular considering the high recyclable potential of e-waste such wastes should be subject to recycling in an environmentally sound manner. India is a poor country. Government has facilitated free dispensaries, hospitals and health centres near and around all localities. Though, the Government is spending a lot on these hospitals, dispensaries and health centres, the poor people are not practically, getting full advantage of it. The reasons behind all that are that there is sufficient corruption in our health department. Doctors are not faithful and dont consider their responsibility. Generally the costly medicines, tablets, capsules and injections etc. are shown out of stock while actually these things are available there. A poor person has to purchase from the market. WELDING ELECTRODES
The heavily coated electrode, employed for most structural steel welding is a core wire or low carbon rimmed steel which is covered by extrusion with a sheath of material of consistency. the sheath dries to a hard semiflexible tube which becomes firmly attached to the core wire. The compounding of coating was at one time a closely guarded secret of the manufacturer concerned but the technical advance in our knowledge have led to an understanding by the welding engineer of the function of each addition made to the coating. CERAMIC INSULATOR (HT/LT)

Ceramic materials are widely used in applications where high temperatures are encountered. Frequently ceramic materials are used to provide thermal insulation in high temperature application. Ceramic insulators have been utilized in a variety of electrical devices. Ceramic insulators are often used as electrical insulators in chemically and electrically hostile environments. These ceramic insulators are often prepared from compositions containing lead, such as lead silicate. The lead is utilized to lower the firing temperature of the ceramic material and to promote bonding and sintering of other constituents in the ceramic used to form the insulator. High voltage insulators of ceramic materials are mainly used in outdoor switching stations and outdoor lines. Report Cost: Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Only with CD. RECYCLING OF RUBBER FROM OLD TYRES

By the application of heat and chemical agents followed by intense mechanical working to ground vulcanised scrap or worn out rubber tires, tubes and waste rubber articles, a substantial regeneration on devulcanisation of the rubber compound to its original plastic state is effected, thus permitting the product to be compounded, processed and revulcanised. Reclaiming is essentially depolymerisation and misnomerically called devulcanisation although combined sulphur is not removed. By this depolymerisation, the reclaimed rubber shows decreased resistance to deformation at ordinary temperature; thus loosing its elastic nature and become less resistant to compression, stretching or swelling. BATTERY OPERATED THREE WHEELER

Increasing air pollution arising from petrol, diesel vehicles and increasing prices/shortage of petroleum products have created the scope for Battery-run vehicles which are 100% pollutionfree. A battery electric vehicle (BEV) is an electric vehicle that utilizes chemical energy stored in rechargeable battery packs. Electric vehicles use electric motors instead of, or in addition to, internal combustion engines (ICEs). Vehicles using both, electric motors and ICEs, are examples of a hybrid vehicles, and are usually not considered pure BEVs. Hybrid vehicles with batteries that can be charged and used without their ICE are called plug-in hybrid electric vehicles, and are pure BEVs while they are not burning fuel. Bricks and tiles may be made from a number of different kinds of materials, but they must usually possess (or be capable of developing) a certain amount of plasticity, so that clay and allied material such as argillaceous shale are, therefore, the most important brick making materials. The name clay is derived from an old English word meaning adhesive or plastic, but many clays are not plastic when found and all clays cease to be plastic when derived through most clays can be made plastic (to some extent) by mixing them with a suitable portion of water either directly or after a preliminary reduction to powder. It is not, therefore, sufficient to define all clays as plastic materials. Report Cost: Rupees Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Only with CD. ALCOHOL FROM MOLASSES

The term alcohol was first applied to the spirits of wine, ethyl alcohol, and now it refers to a series of substances with similar characteristics Ethyl alcohol is the active constituent of all intoxicating liquars obtained by the fermentation of saccharine materials. It is present in the form of esters in several volatile oils. It is now a days prepared in immense quantities, chiefly by fermentation and finds numerous industrial uses, and is also being used as a motor fuel. Fruit Juices are fermented and distilled to concentrate the alcohol formed, for the production of potable spirits whose value lies largely in the flavour characteristic of the particular fruit used, the finished liquor purposely betrays its origin. It is different with industrial alcohol, for this must be nearly chemically pure as possible, and must bear no marks of the original material. Industrial alcohol is ethyl alcohol, 95 per cent, Ethanol is another name for ethyl alcohol, 95 per cent, ethanol is another name for ethyl alcohol. INTEGRATED UNIT OF DAIRY, FARMING MILK COLLECTION & PROCESSING, FISH FARMING, POULTRY FARMING & HATCHERY
A dairy is a place for handling milk and milk products. Technology refers to the application of scientific knowledge for practical purposes. Dairy technology has been defined as that branch of dairy science which deals with the processing of milk and the manufacture of milk products on an industrial scale. In developed dairying countries such as the U.S.A., the year 1850 is seen as the dwiding line between form and factory scale production. Various factors contributed to this change in these countries, viz concentration of population in cities where jobs were plentiful, rapid industrialisation, improvement of transportation facilities, development of machines etc, whereas the rural areas were identified for milk production, the urban centres were selected for the location of milk processing plants and product manufacturing factories. IRON ORE MINING AND MANUFACTURE OF SPONGE IRON

Iron ore is extracted from the mines. Containing Iron ore deposits. As a matter of fact, iron ore deposits are farmed by many different processes e.g. weathering, sedimentation, hydrothermal and chemical. Iron ores occur in igneous, metamorphic, and sedimentary deposits. To be classified as an ore, iron-bearing, mineral deposits must be capable of being mined and reduced to iron on commercial basis. Direct shipping ores are those that can be shipped as mined, without any benefication, and contain from 25-68% iron. Some lower grade ores are mined but these ore beneficated before being sent to iron making furnaces. Report Cost: Rupees Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Only with CD. The history of distilled spirit goes back into antiquity. Science have unearthed pottery in Mesopotamia depicting fermentation scenes dating back to 4200 B.C. a small wooden model of a brewery from about 2000 B.C. is on display at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in Newyork city & Aristotle mentions a wine which produces a spirit. The first real distiller was probably a green Egyptian alchemist who in the first second century AD, in an attempt to transmute base metal into gold, boiled some wine in a crude still. The discovery of ardent spirits which remelted from this effort was looked upon with awe. It was kept a secret for centuries. Report Cost: Rupees Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Only with CD.

ROLLING MILL (BY INDUCTION FURNACE) & MANUFACTURING OF BARS, ANGLES, SQUARES, TUBES AND OTHERS
Castings of suitable shape and size intended for subsequent hot working are termed as Ingots. Ingot iron has very low carbon in steel. This is generally made in the open hearth in which all the other elements are removed to the maximum extent possible. Some of the commercial products falling under this group have less than 0.1% of all non-iron elements put together. Ingots are cast in ingot moulds which are the containers usually made of cast iron into which molten steel is poured & allowed to solidify. Mild steel ingots are carbon steels only containing, usually, 0.15 to 0.25% of carbon. Report Cost: Rupees Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Only with CD. POWER PLANT FOR BIOGAS
The term power plant is often used loosely to designate plant in which electricity is generated through different means like Hydro, Neuclear, Bio Gas etc. and the term power generation in the engineering sense implies transformation of Mechanical energy into electrical energy. Per Capita Power Consumption is a barometer of Countrys prosperity, economic growth and industrialization. Bio Gas power plant on the other hand is a combination of anaerobic digestion systems with associated electricity generators such as gas turbine or gas engine. PRODUCTION OF BIO-OIL FOR POWER GENERATION FROM COFFEE HUSK

Terrestrial fuels like coal and petroleum are in the service of human kind since time immemorial. These fuels, generated from plants and animals, have been stored under earth some million years before these were put to use by the present human race. With an asymptotic rise in these fuels (with developing thermal power stations and increase in number of transporting vehicles) the terrestrial coal pits and the petroleum vessels are going to be emptied within a short period. Alternative energy sources ae under harvest, which include solar, wind, geothermal and many more. For the need of future race a great devastation is required to bury the biosphere under earth for continuous harvesting of fuel from lithosphere. Vodka is a clear liquor manufactured from ethyl alcohol. It lacks colour, and normally has very little taste or aroma. Vodka is the base ingredient for many cocktails, mixed drinks, and alcoholic products today. It is said to have been originally created from potatoes in Russia for medicinal purposes. Nowadays, Vodka is distilled from barley, wheat or rye in adition to potato. Adulterated vodkas are now a popular alternative to the original. These will normally contain a mixture of sweeteners, flavourings, colorings and fruit juices. Most flavored vodka contains 30-35% alcohol, whereas clear vodka is normally 40%, with a few brands offering a 50% product on top. Report Cost: Rupees Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Only with CD. TMT STEEL BARS

Under thermo mechanical treatment (TMT), the steel bars are passed through a specially designed water-cooling system where they are kept till the outer surface of the bars becomes colder while the core remains hot. This creates a temperature gradient in the bars. When the bars are taken out of the cooling system, the heat flows from the core to the outer surface, further tempering of the bars, which helps them attain a higher yield strength. The resulting heat-treated structure imparts superior strength and toughness to the bars. The microstructure of the core is a very fine-grained ferrite and pearlite. TMT bars are also known as quenched and tempered rebars, because of the quenching and tempering processes involved in making the bars.
