As Executive-Quality (M & PC Coatings) Job profile Handling the customer requirements, all physical testing of finished goods of paints Daily analysis of production batches using SQC tool for process stabilization.
Shade approvals for all market segments using spectrophotometer.

Preparation of specification for raw materials, intermediates and finished products. Preparation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) as per regulatory requirement. Preparing and maintaining necessary records in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and OHSAS quality standards Analysing the customer complaints and finding the root cause analysis of the complaint and working along with concerned technical persons for work off of the complaint material.
