More Than Fast Response

Today's generator specifier must have voltage regulation response in mere hundredths of a second. Steady state regulation must be less than 1%, with an absolute minimum of overshoot at start-up. The Generac Standby Voltage Regulator meets those critical requirements. And measures up to performance standards only Generac regulators supply. We offer critical power that is as close to uninterrupted as possible with our affordable, flexible regulator.

Reliable, Consistent Regulation

You can count on less-than-onecycle response from your Generac automatic voltage regulator. Pulse-width modulation controls the Silicon-Controlled Rectifier, ensuring excellent latching and no false triggering. Bench testing can be performed without applying a load. Adjust for direct or brushless excitation with the flip of a switch. Gain and stability adjustments allow you to customize for your application.

Featured for Accurate Monitoring and Designed to Last

LED indicator lights monitor excitation, sensing voltage, and the SCR fire signal. Potential generator failure conditions such as loss of sensing or excitation voltage or failed circuit reference are reflected on the LED display to alert the operator to problems. Circuits are protected by a high temperature-resistant varnish. The Generac Automatic Voltage Regulator is built for long-term performance you can count on.
