Apple Inc. (of Cupertino, CA 95014) vs. High Tech Computer Corp. (of Taiwan), HTC America, Inc. (of Bellevue, WA 98005) and Exedea Inc. (of Houston, TX 77036) This is Apple's second ITC complaint against HTC (FOSS Patents reported). Allegedly infringing products All of the accused products are Android-based. Apple defines two (partly overlapping) categories of accused products: "Exemplary Accused HTC Android Products include at least the following smartphones: HTC Droid Incredible, the HTC Droid Incredible 2, the HTC Wildfire, the HTC T-Mobile myTouch 3G, the HTC T-Mobile myTouch 3G Slide, the HTC T-Mobile myTouch 4G, the HTC T-Mobile G1, the HTC T-Mobile G2, the HTC Evo 4G, the HTC Aria, the HTC Desire, the HTC Hero, the HTC Merge, the HTC Inspire 4G, the HTC Evo Shift 4G and the HTC Thunderbolt 4G; and at least the following tablet computers: HTC Flyer" (item 21 of the complaint) "Exemplary Accused HTC Capacitive Touch Panel Products include at least the HTC Droid Incredible, the HTC Droid Incredible 2, theHTC EVO 4G, the HTC Desire, the HTC T-Mobile G2, the HTC Inspire 4G, and the HTC Thunderbolt." (item 22 of the complaint) The second of the two categories is accused of infringing the '129 patent; the first category is accused of infringing the other four. (of Houston, TX 77036) This is a companion federal lawsuit over four of the five patents asserted by Apple in its second ITC complaint against HTC: all of the asserted patents except for the '381 patent, which was previously asserted in Apple's first Delaware complaint (1:10-cv-00167).
