Planning sheet does not contains necessary details, Also it contains more details which may lead to confusion for the shop floor workers Eg:Size,color etc. have to declare seperately agai order to print in the planning sheet Multiple production orders in one planning sheet for one machine is not possible In length control item the reservation only by the exact quantity of length. (Neither with less nor with more quantity, Also not with multiple quantities) It is not possible to consume the length control item without reservation Display inventory of deviation item is not separated from on hand inventory Capturing of order number with the production entry(Eg: Exp No:) and view report based on the export number The reel numbers are not available in the production entry If the item is defined as length control, then the length should be entered in the control length only Tag generation for individual reels with the details.(To check details) Quality units measurement not able to enter in the specified format. Length control in FG will generate batch number for every report as finished. If length controlled for specific 90 mtrs, then 90 mtrs X 1 nos will generate 1000 batch number currently. No specific module for the maintainence Reel,drum & basket number option is not available in production process Quality check has to be done for every coil in length control item. Item once defined as length control will not be able to change after any transaction done. Flexibility should be provided to use in both way Unit is not displayed in all places along with the quantity. Eg: Production order, Inventory, Quarentine order etc. There is no functionality to accept the parameters like OD,CD,Die size, Tip Size etc. Also it should be printed in the planning sheet Tag generation is not possible after production entry It is not possible to generate multiple type of quality test report for the same item Scrap reporting in production order wise is not possible. The job card is not available for posting in the job card from the production order

Whenever a production order is created and changed the quantity, the inventory will be affected twice. Also the 2 quarentine order wi be generated. Eg : If Production order is created for qty 10, Then it is increased to 25 in created status itself. Then 2 entries with quantities 10 and 15 will be viewed as ordered in inventory. Also 2 Quarentine orders and Quality orders for same quantities is generated even the picking and report as finished are done in once. Currently there is no option for item to item transfer. We have to make rework production order and entry on the same. can not create the purchase order from blanket order release can not create the purchase order from RFQ. reference price adjustment in purchase order & sales order.
