WHEREAS, the United States of America ("the Government") seeks the forfeiture of property from defendant William Anthony Rand ("the defendant") pursuant to his convictions on Counts One and Two of the Superseding Information and 18 U'S.C' 981(a)(1)(C) and 28 U.S.C. $ 2461(c), specifically the following ("the property"):

And WHEREAS, based on the defendant's guilty plea, his Plea Agreement, and
his Factual Resume, the Court determines the Government has established the requisite
the nexus between the property and the offenses alleged in Counts One and Two and that

property is subject to forfeiture to the Government pursuant to 18 U.S.C. $ 98l(aXlXC) and28 U.S.C. $ 2a61(c);

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the defendant's interest in the property is


condemned and forfeited to the Government subject to the provisions of

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to 21 U.S.C. $ 853(9) and Fed. R.

This notice shall also state that a petition shall be for

hearing to adjudicate the validity

of the petitioner's alleged interest in the property, shall be signed by the petitioner under
penalty of perjury, and shall set forth the nature and extent of the petitioner's right, title or interest in the property and any additional facts supporting the petitioner's claim and the

relief sought. The Government shall send, by means reasonably calculated to reach the
person, direct written notice to any person who reasonably appears to be a potential

claimant with standing to contest the forfeiture.

It is FURTHER ORDERED pursuant to Fed. R. Crim. P.32.2 that the Government


may apply to the Court to conduct any discovery that the Court considers proper to help

identiff, locate, or to dispose of the property, should the circumstances present


themselves, and that, upon adjudication of all third-party interests, this Court

will

enter a

final order of forfeiture pursuant to 2l U.S.C. $ S53(n) and Fed. R. Crim.
