using red Hat enterPrise linux as a HYPervisor For customers who want to host Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization on a full Red Hat Enterprise Linux instance, Red Hat Enterprise Linux or Red Hat Enterprise Linux Advanced Platform can be used as a host for virtual machines. A Red Hat Enterprise Linux or Red Hat Enterprise Linux Advanced Platform subscription is required for each host in this model, in addition to the Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization for Servers subscription. We generally recommend Red Hat Enterprise Linux Advanced Platform for use with Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization.
Please note that Red Hat Enterprise Linux must be purchased separately.
