Currently designated as Sr. Executive with Videocon Telecommunications Ltd., Bhopal. Handling All activities in Civil like Tower Foundation, Shelter Foundation, OD BTS Pad, DG Foundation skills, analytical and problem solving skills. Exposed to Battery installation, power plant installation & supply connections along with installation, hardware configuration and commissioning. Clear in conceptual drawings and indications of civil work related to tower, shelter and DG foundations. Making Plan for civil work construction and the coordination between site supervisors. Conversant with telecom problem identification, optimum settings to reduce the outage timing of sites. Control Site Quality, and settle quality issue to site ,and give pressure to subcontractor to avoid any quality issue Inspection from site to site, Progress checking, quality and site supervision. Make detailed civil work plan. Execution, Project monitoring, Survey, Planning, Billing, Quality control etc.

Planning and effecting maintenance schedules of various telecom and networking equipments to enhance the equipment reliability and increasing machine up time. Proactively identifying areas of obstruction / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools. Construction

Construction of DG, Shelter and tower foundation. Supervising teams and vendors for exact construction of site as per specification and approved drawing. Coordinating with customers for their requirement. Complete electrical utilities installation at site, which is inclusive of grounding pits, installation of DG set, SMPS, Battery Bank and other utilities within and outside the shelter.

ORGANISATIONAL EXPERIENCE Since Dec09 till date Videocon Telecommunications Ltd., as Sr. Executive Project Major Contributions;

Supervision of under construction Media gateway at circle office along with vendors. Holding responsibility of Technical support for Electrical Installation and EB.

Clearance of RFIE issues at the end of IP vendor and providing clearance to TI vendors for their activity. Confirmation of site RFI from IPs within specified time frame and handing over to TI for their concern. Reducing the consumption of resources and running the described location successfully. Construction of Circle and Zone offices for Videocon. Co-ordinating for the construction of sales offices in locations other than Bhopal. Resolving the short-hands related to legal, owner-issues. Co-ordinating with different vendors from pro-cerement of material on under-construction office sites.

Key Project Executed; Title: Construction of GBT and RTT sites. Complete electrical utility installation. Complete construction of MGW, Circle & Zonel offices.

From: July06 to November09 Quippo telecom Infrastructures Ltd. (QUIPPO), Indore (M.P) as senior Project Engineer Major Contributions;

Supervision of under construction sites and managing the team movement along with vendors. Coordinating with client for their requirement specifically in utilities and shorting out their short hands. Declaration of site RFIE after confirmation that all the activities related to civil and electrical part are carried out as per QTIL specifications and ensuring the site to be without punches points. Working on resources provided and planning up gradation of sites as per requirement of clients which is inclusive of DG, Battery Bank and SMPS up gradation.

Key Project Executed; Title: Construction of GBT and RTT sites. Complete electrical utility installation and carrying out acceptance test for O&M. Client: Vodafone, Tata Telecom Services Ltd, Idea Cellular Ltd, Airtel. Highlights; Successful handover of about 45 sites to O&M in a span of 2.5 months with zero punch points. Accredited with Spot award for handover of 45 sites without punch points. From : Feb05 to june06 in CH2M Hills Construction(I) Pvt. Ltd, NOKIABSNL Project in Uttaranchal (Haldwani) As Project Engineer Major Contributions;

Leading a team of 7 members as a Site In- charge and managing the team movement along with vendors. Coordinating with Subcontractor and other local authorities. Supervision of under construction sites and managing the team movement along with vendors.

Key Project Executed; Title: Installation of Nokia BTS and Successful Completion of Utility Up gradation Project for BSNL. Construction of RTT and GBT sites as per customers requirement for BSNL. Client: BSNL
