Estimate of I.T cost for Administration office

Introduction: The Management Information System is an important tool used by

service organizations to assist in planning, in addition to resolve existing and potential
problems. To be more specific in the present day world, we find a tremendous increase
in the frequency of change. The emerging changes within and outside the firm make it
imperative that Information technology programs are scientifically managed, specially
on the basis of information based decisions as it is accessible to all by the means of
technology, since the intuition based decisions fail to help organizations in decision
making on every instance.

Objectives: To find

· Cost of Wi-Fi Implementation

· Security Requirements
· I.T requirement for Administration staff
· I.T cost of Administration office
· Cost of ERP/ CRM
· Cost of Portable Devices

Wi-Fi Implementation:

Wi-Fi implementation would be for internet browsing and would be part of security
network. The key would be that Wi-Fi will be isolated from the main network for security
reasons

Figure 3: Security

Security: Security is a major technological challenge. To instill confidence in our

customers that we can secure their transactions better than their on-shore IT staff.

Physical Security:

Access Cards
BPO’s delivery area will have an additional security layer with swipe card-based
restricted entry for associates. This ensures that unauthorized people have no access to
the delivery area. Highly secured zones will be further protected with a combination of
access cards plus biometric devices.

Building Security Systems

We will have tight security round-the-clock and access to the building is restricted to
authorized associates. All physical entry and exit points are manned by trained security
personnel. The presence of security personnel will be mandated at the campus entry /
exit points (controlled by the building management).
