Description: Harris Bank in an American Bank based in Chicago. The project is mainly focused on the requirements of the banking Environment. The purpose of the implementation is to understand the trends, performance and customer Analysis of the Bank. Subject areas covered in the warehouse are Accounts, Loans, Deposits and Consumer Durable Loans. The client mainly requires different level of analysis regarding loan amount, type of customers, type of payment schedules, interest rates (variable or fixed), defaulters list and the penal interest calculations, etc, Using various Transformations jobs has been developed to extract data from Source Applications and load into data warehouse. Responsibilities: y y y y y y y y Designed Data Stage ETL jobs for extracting data from heterogeneous source systems, transform and finally load into the Data Marts. Implementing the SCD types (Type 1 and Type 2) before loading into the Target. Extensively used Change Capture and transformer stage for mainly useful in implementing the Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCDs). Used Aggregator stages to classify data rows from a single input link into groups and compute totals or other aggregate functions for each group.
