The secret to optimal incubation results is in the consistency and quality of the incubation conditions. The incubator must be able to control embryo temperature and the incubation environment. Properly installed and set incubator controls results in chicks with the highest fighting potential performance. AC ANG INCUBATORS accurately controls temperature, relative humidity, airflow and heat transfer through the egg shell and carbon dioxide levels to meet the embryo needs at all stages of incubation AC ANG INCUBATORS is able to achieve a constant and uniform embryo temperature at any point inside the incubator. The thermostat controled tubular heater precisely coordinates the demand and supply of heating or cooling to achieve accurate temperature control. Proper calibration prevents embryo temperature variation caused by fluctuations in air temperature and air flow. The blower fans create a pressure differential that cause water in the humidifier pan to circulate and evaporate inside the incubator. The pressure differential from the blower fan and the location of air holes or vent holes in the incubator together ensure that a uniform constant flow of air is created. This uniform flow of air and uniform temperature of humid air circulated inside create a consistency in incubation environment. Air holes or air vents are specifically located to control airflow and temperature at egg level. It regulates O2 and CO2 exchange to meet embryo needs for optimal incubation.

Considering all features embodied, AC ANG INCUBATORS keeps the most important result in mind: Production of the highest possible chick quality to optimize the genetic potential of the chick. AC ANG INCUBATORS strives to continue to offer not only incubators and hatchers as an equipment but also techniques and proper management operations to make it possible to achieve cost-efficient, vigorous and maximum uniformity of chicks. In our relatively small sector, with its many practices and traditions, there is room for innovative ideas. AC ANG INCUBATORS aimed at significantly improving the quality of hatch on the premise that the vitality of day-old chicks will detrmine the ultimate technical and maximum field performance later on.

OPERATING SPECIFICATIONS Egg Turning for Semi Automatic Models: Egg tray/rack is turned by a single push or pull stroke of the turning rod at the front panel without opening the door Egg is turned at least three times a day Egg Turning for Automatic Models: Egg tray/rack is automatically turned by a motor to a 45 degree angle from the horizontal every two hours

Heating Mechanism: The thermostat controld tubular nichrome resistor heaters precisely coordinates the demand and supply of heating or cooling to achieve accurate temperature control Proper calibration of thermostat prevents embryo temperature variation caused by fluctuations in air temperature and airflow.

thanks for visiting our site sir. yes may blowed fan yan. Turning is done 3 times a day by a single pulling stroke thru a turner rod in the morning, then a pushing stoke at noon and last pull stroke before sleeping. You need not open the incubator doors during turning, a very simple egg turning operation. The thermostat takes control of automatically maintaining the incubation temperature during the whole incubation process. It has a compatmentalized hatcher tray so your hatching chicks will not mix up. Be sure to maintain full water level of the humidifier pan (placed at the bottom most part of the incubator) throughout the incubation process. amoyong wrote on May 24 reply

egg turning is done thru a turning rod or handle located at the leftmost- lower side of the plastic window. isang hila lng sa umaga, tulak sa tanghali at hila again sa gabi. ganun lng kadali ang paghalo ng eggs. acangnqbtors wrote on May 30 reply

yes, meron blower fan sa itaas. eggs/rack are turned by a single pull/push stroke of the turning rod handle at the front panel without opening the door. Simple lang ang paghalo, 1 hila lang sa rod sa umaga, tulak pabalik sa tanghali at hila sa gabi ( 3 x a day ). Temperature is automatically maintained by a thermostat control. Humidity is providied by equally computed humidifier pan filled with water at the lower part. edwardfp16 wrote on May 31 reply

AC100 SA costs 8,500 plus 2,500 for delivery, total of 11,000. we give orientation on incubator operation and hatchery management and set up the unit as well. where in pampanga sir? ribbit888 wrote on Jul 5 reply

Sir, tanong ko lang bakit mas mahal ang charge nyo ng delivery sa pampanga (2,500) compare sa leyte (2,000)? Sa pamp. di kana gagamit ng crates acangnqbtors wrote on Jul 5 reply

we personally deliver the unit like in pampanga, the 2,500 cost covers the fuel consumption + driver + toll fee. An added advanatge of the client for this kind of arrangement is that we give orientation to the operator on incubator operation and hatchery management. we also set-up the unit in the farm. The 2,000 delivery charge to Leyte is for the LBC Delivery only not personally delivered. sunblade68 wrote on Jul 21 reply

Egg Incubator-Setter & Hatcher Operation For Fightingchick Production GETTING STARTED: Two days before loading or setting the eggs inside the incubator: 1. Choose a level place indoors that is out of direct heat from sunlight, not too close to GI roofings. It has a good acces to an electrical outlet. The room must be well ventilated and has a temperature of 21-29 C or 70-80 F. 2. Soap clean and disinfect the aisle and working area in the incubator room. Day 0 or One day before loading or setting the egg inside the setter/incubator: 1. Soap clean and disinfect the inside of incubator, setter trays/racks and humidifier pan. 2. Check the power and voltage supply in your area. Fluctuating or low voltage supply will damage your incubator. For large incubators, a standby generator is necessary. 3. Fill up the humidifier pan with lukewarm water. 4. Start-up the incubator at least 6 hours before loading or setting the eggs. Wait for the internal temperature to stabilize. 5. Check if the heater functions normally. Observe if the thermostat operates correctly or snaps on at 99 F and off at 100 F. 6. Check the thermometer for accuracy and reliabilty. Place another thermometer (clinical thermometer) alongside each other and compare if they have the same readings. A digital incubator thermometer with built-in humidity reading is availabnle in the market. Be sure to check the battery when using digital thermometers. 7. Allow the incubator to preheat at least 6 hours before setting of eggs, then maintain thereafter for 18 days an average operating temperature of 99.5 F or 37.5 C and relative humidity at 55-60% or a wetbulb thermometer reading of 85-87 F. 8. Check the blowerfan if it circulates air very well. It should be clean and free from dirt and hatching debris. 9. Check the airflows and if necessary, adjust the openings of airholes/vents for the exchange of air in and out of the incubator. Make sure ventholes are not blocked. 10. If necessary, fineturn the adjusting screw to callibrate the thermostat and get the right incubating temperature as it adapts under local atmospheric condition. The incubator will automatically self-maintain its temperature at equilibrium level. 11. Remove eggs from storage or refs, place in room temperature atleast 6 hours before setting in the incubator. Let the sweating dry up by warming slowly under normal room temperature.

12. Mark eggs with pencil only. 13. Disinfect or fumigate eggs before setting. Use disinfectants that is safe for egg use. 14. Carefully place eggs on trays with large end up or small ends pointing downward. Load or set eggs properly on the egg rack inside the setter/incubator at night, that day would be Day 0, the next day would be Day 1. Last edited by ACAngnqbtr : July 11th, 2007 at 04:39 AM.

#3 Re: Egg Incubator-Setter & Hatcher Operation For Fightingchick Production Day 1 1. Maintain the recommended operating temperature at 99.5 F or 37.5 C (range of 99-100 F) and wetbulb readings at 85-87 F to give a relative humidity of 55-60% from day 1 to day 18 only. 2. Turn eggs at least 3 times a day for manual or semi automatic turning machanism. For automatic egg turning: eggs are turned at preset time interval, example: the egg rack is turned or tilted every two hours. 3. Important: Egg is turned up to Day 18 only. Check the temperature/thermometer readings daily.

4. Make a candling box: you can buy a lovebird's nest box (from petshop). It has a hole cut on it already. Install a 100 watt bulb inside the box. To candle eggs: turn on the lightbulb and place the egg against the light in the hole. Day 5 or 7 Conduct 1st candling for fertility performance and discard/remove all infertile and damaged eggs. You will see a net-like or spider-like structure for fertile eggs. Infertile eggs look empty and clear. It is best to candle eggs at night time. Candling should be done quickly and not to expose eggs more than 10 minutes outside the incubator. Day 12 Conduct 2nd candling to check the further development of the embryo. Remove all dead embryo and damaged eggs. Day 16 For those using separate hacher units: Soap clean then dry and sanitize the hatcher unit and hatcher tray.

Day 17 Preheat the hatcher at least 6 hours before transfering hatching eggs from setter/incubator. Maintain the recommended hatching temperature at 98 F and relative humidity set at 7085% or a wetbulb reading of 90-94 F until Day 21 or all throughout the hatching period.

July 21st, 2007, 10:53 PM

#4 Re: Egg Incubator-Setter & Hatcher Operation For Fightingchick Production Day 18 Perform the final candling of eggs at night time. Remove all dead embryos. Transfer all hatching eggs into compartmentalized hatcher tray in a horizontal position, and separate them according to markings to insure that it will not get mixed up. Stop turning and do not disturb the eggs in the hatcher. If necessary, adjust the vents or airholes opening to maintain proper ventilation inside the incubator or hatcher especially during hatching. Growth of embryo is nearly complete. Always refilll the humififier pan with lukewarm water. Never leave it empty anytime during the incubation and hatching period. Clean the pan from dirts or hatching debris before refilling.

Day 19 Beak pips into the aircell and begins breathing through airsac. Do not open the hatcher until hatch is completed to ensure that 70-85% relative humidity (wetbulb reading of 90-94 F) is maintained. If necessary, adjust the airholes or vent openings to increase humidity. Humidity is critical during hatching time. Day 20 Chick begins pipping into the shell. Day 21 Hatching of Chicks. Do not help the chicks from the shell during hatching time. If it does not hatch, there is usually a good reason. Also, prematurely helping the chick hatch could cripple or infect the chick. Remove the chicks from the hatcher as soon as the chicks are dry and fluffy or 6 to 12 hours after hatching. Extremely wet chicks should be left in the hatcher to dry. All chicks should be out of their shell on the 21st day unless proper incubation condition and management practices were not maintained. Chicks hatched after the 22nd day are not usually heaLthy and vigorous. AFTER HATCHING When the hatch is completed, remove the hatcher tray and scrub or brush it using warm detergent solution to remove unhatched egg, shell, fluff and other hatching debris. Wear gloves and mask to provide hygiene during chick release and clean up sanitation. Also wash the interior of the incubator/hatcher with a dilute solution od 20 ml of ordinary chlorox added to 1 liter of water. Let dry and ready for next use.

Lead pencil is commonly used in marking eggs because it is known to contain no harmful chemical elements (ingredients) that will affect embryo development unlike some inks that are noxious. Any other marking material will do, provided it will not harm the developing embryo inside the egg shell.

It is right and safe to use non toxic materials in marking incubating eggs in order not to harm developing embryos inside the eggshell. Join Date: May 2007 Posts: 176 Posts: 176 vCash: 500

#28 Re: Egg Incubator-Setter & Hatcher Operation For Fightingchick Production To Gorio31, Still air and manual incubator is a thing of the past. You can not attain optimum hatchability using it. Much better to have blower in in it. Anyway, just to hatch a few eggs will do. Set eggs in a horizontal positon. Turn eggs with the palm of your hands 3 x a day, half turn each time. Forget the degree angle of turning! Make sure the distance between the light bulb to the eggs is right. Be sure u get the effective egg temperature reading and not the heat temperature from the light bulb Maintain temperature at 102 deg F. __________________
