Student Nurse This study will help the student nurse to be knowledgeable about the community, be able to experience

real nursing works, experience that will be helpful for his future. This which will serve as his personal background for him to do his job as a nurse well. This experience interviewing, client-nurse contact, working as a team, identifying health problems, health assessment and etc if properly incorporated in mind will surely be his motivation to pursue nursing success, knowledge that will lead to serve his client well and worth his all hardship, time, effort and money that has been all the fuel for him to achieve his goal.to be nurse. Significance also for the student is viewed on the community as his training ground for his nursing world for tomorrow.

5.2 Family A good opportunity for the family for them to communicate their need as far as health is concern. The nurse-family contact is quite significant for it

provides time for the determination of the familys health status (each member) through interview also or gathering data leads to identification of health problem within the family, e.g. risk factors for health like accident hazards and etc..---the health need that is sometimes taken for granted. This is also important for the family for it will provide knowledge through the information dissemination (health informations that is sometimes lacking to promote and preserve health due to less access or opportunity to the health services) This serves as a health evaluation of the family which will be very helpful for their health promotion and disease prevention---- health assessment and prevention of any future health problems.

5.3 Community

The significance of this study is viewed on the community in identifying the health problems (within Barangay Daang Bakal, Mandaluyong) present.

Through the data gathering (interview, observation and etc.) the community health nurse will be able to do the health prioritization, and later assess and address the need for the community.

Through this case study done in Barangay Daang Bakal, Mandaluyongit will reflect the health status about the community and will be very helpful for further studies that will be conducted in the said Barangay, for its health improvement and health promotion.

5.4 BHW This case study will serves as reference for further health management for the Barangay Health Workers in Barangay Daang Bakal, Mandaluyong. Datas presented will be helpful for them to more visualize the health situation, and perhaps will save time, effort and money from them.

This study also will reflect the health needs that needs to be assessed and addressed in order to attain the optimum state of health in their community.

5.4 Clinical Instructors

The accomplishment and success of this study will reflect the fruit of all the cooperation and the teamwork of the group, and more which had made this possible the knowledge of the Clinical Instructor. This case study will reflect the mighty guidance of our Clinical Instructor that she had shared to us.

This case study will provides information and better picture of the familys health problems. Furthermore, this will reflect and will serves as the learning evaluation of the students (Group 1) for the Clinical Instructor.
