The Philippine Green Building Council is a national not notfor-profit organization that promotes the sharing of knowledge on green practices to the building industry to ensure a sustainable environment.
The Council forms an alliance of building and construction industry leaders from both the public and private sectors.
The Council shall be the non-partisan venue to develop a nationally accepted and recognized green building rating standard.

1. The PhilGBC Membership will be divided into Networks; 2. The Networks will discuss what are the parameters to be weighed and how to rate these parameters. A focus group discussion shall b f di i h ll be facilitated/assisted by the TWG of the PhilGBC.

4. GB Rating System Development Core Team shall be formed composed of Network d fN t k Representatives; 5. The Network Representatives will elect a Chairman for GB Rating System Development Core Team. The Chairman shall preside over the meetings of the Core Team Team. Advisers and consultants may be appointed by the Chairman after building consensus with the Network Representatives;

6. The Members of the Core Team shall deliberate on how the parameters of the rating system shall be weighed. The Core Team shall finalize the rating system for adoption of the PhilGBC Membership. 7. Minor revisions to the rating system shall be done every year and Major revisions to the system shall b d t h ll be done every three years by the Core Team.
