So what do I mean by this? I mean you must EXPOSE YOURSELF to situations that call on you to ERADICATE the old behaviours if you are to survive and thrive in those situations. What do most people do? They AVOID that which is tough. The thing about handling challenging situations is not only do you usually ACHIEVE something tangible at the end of the day, but MORE IMPORTANTLY, you achieve a GREATER ABILITY TO WITHSTAND that stress. This includes EMOTIONAL STRESS. Now, Im NOT saying to go looking for just any stressful situation, but what I AM saying is that most guys avoid the situations that they MOST NEED to be IMMERSED in. And your mind and emotions are just like muscles. They get stronger, more efficient, and they improve in many other ways when SUBJECTED to challenging stresses. It is proportionately a HUGE EMOTIONAL EFFORT (i.e. WEIGHT) for a guy who has not been exposed to challenging social situations with women. And it requires an even GREATER EFFORT to not only confront these situations and be immersed in them, but to SIMULTANEOUSLY WITHSTAND THE PRESSURE TO GIVE IN TO ALL THE NEGATIVE BELIEFS HE HAS BEEN IMMERSED IN ALL HIS LIFE, ABOUT HIMSELF, ABOUT WOMEN, ETC. Yet, the only way he will ERADICATE these negative traits, the only way evolution will work in his favour, is if he REPEATEDLY IMMERSES HIMSELF in these situations and ALSO DOES HIS BEST TO RESIST THE TEMPTATION TO GIVE IN TO HIS OLD BEHAVIOURS AND WAYS OF THINKING. This is very similar to working out. Its not enough to just GO TO THE GYM. You have to also LIFT THE DAMN WEIGHTS. And you have to do your best to lift the weights PROPERLY even if you cant lift a LOT at first. When I am conducting a bootcamp, I dont expect a client to perform a miracle on his first approach, however by following the plan and the mental framework as close as possible, with each approach his skills AND his internal beliefs will IMPROVE because he is REPEATEDLY giving everything hes got within himself to do it RIGHT. THIS is the way the brain responds and creates CHANGE. The brain simply sees that THIS IS THE ONLY OPTION, it sees that THIS IS CRITICAL. This is just the same as when you go to the gym, your muscles will not grow unless you PUSH to your LIMITS, in proper form. If you dont push to your limits, evolution has made it so that your body wont respond, because if the EFFORT is not CRITICAL TO YOUR SURVIVAL, then your brain knows to CONSERVE that energy for something ELSE that might be more critical. Extra muscle is not essential to survival, so your body will not create it, but if you PUSH it, it sends a message to your body that something SERIOUSLY REQUIRES this effort and strength BIG TIME. (Im not talking about guys who take steroids and fool their system, and even THEN, when people take steroids, evolution kicks in, as the body then cuts back on its NATURAL

production of testosterone to fight this trick.) In the same way, your INNER GAME will only RESPOND AND GROW and IMPROVE when you PUSH YOUR EMOTIONAL AND MENTAL CAPACITIES to their LIMITS. And your current limit right now does not MATTER. What matters is PUSHING IT. And you must do this and MEAN IT. ONLY YOU will know if you really gave it your all. Not me, not your mom, not your friends, not anyone. I always warn my clients to only come out to my coaching services if they are ready to DO WHATEVER IT REQUIRES and FOLLOW my instructions. I do the demonstrations, I prove that it works, I give you the LEVERAGE, but its you who has to follow instructions and do your best to follow them EXACTLY, including following the internal attitudes and beliefs in a whole new reality. Let me give you an example of RESISTING and FIGHTING AGAINST the weight of your old beliefs when working on your skills of attraction. Lets say you are chatting with a woman at some club or party or wherever and some guy starts rudely interrupting and/or chatting with her as well. Some guy who YOU THINK IN YOUR OUTMODED THINKING STYLE, you start to think JEALOUS thoughts. You must resist these thoughts, and you must resist ACTING on those thoughts, because in fact your REACTIONS to your own thoughts will create your own reality. You see a lot of guys getting into fights over girls. Its STUPID, because it stems usually from one guy thinking that the other guy is superior. And so because he feels INFERIOR, he feels the need to TRY HARD TO ASSERT SUPERIORITY. And the IRONY is that beliefs are reality, and by trying so hard to assert superiority, you are in fact SHOWING INFERIORITY and making the OTHER GUY feel superior, thus often feeding his sense of self-esteem and his sense of superiority. So he goes on BEHAVING in a confident way, and the woman then FEELS he is superior. Let me ask you a question about the above situation? How would you behave in such a situation if you REALLY FELT YOU WERE SUPERIOR? Would you really feel the need to create a confrontation with Pee Wee Herman? Or would you LAUGH it off? Or just ignore it and smile at the woman you are chatting with and take her hand and walk away from the poor guy? By RESISTING the wrong thoughts, or at least resisting taking the WRONG ACTIONS on those negative thoughts, ESPECIALLY IN TOUGH SITUATIONS WHERE YOU WOULD NORMALLY IN THE PAST GIVE IN, you are sending a POWERFUL message to your brain that actually there is a DIFFERENT REALITY and that you ARE SUPERIOR, and your brain in the future will eventually start to INTERPRET similar situations in the new superior way. A way that is actually in reality far more ACCURATE. You will feel calm and secure in these situations, and your actions will REFLECT that, and THOSE MESSAGES THAT YOU ARE SENDING OUT through your behaviours will be CONGRUENT WITH SUPERIORITY. And of course all that means one thing: MASSIVE ATTRACTION. Women going nuts for you. And all other kinds of wonderful things. Only by REPEATEDLY pushing and flexing your SEXY emotions and mental capacities in the face of HEAVY RESISTANCE, i.e. stimuli that exert pressure on you to retreat into your old beliefs and ways of responding to those stimuli (like a guy who stimulates jealousy in you, or

beautiful women that stimulate insecurity in you), but you RESIST it, or at least you resist ACTING on those negative emotions and you instead DEFY the commands that those negative impulses are giving you. By IMMERSING yourself in the very situations that CHALLENGE your internal game, and by EXERTING your internal capacities in terms of staying in an awesome state, or at least resisting negative states or acting on those states, and by doing your best to create frames that are confident and humorous, sexual, exciting, etc, evolution will SLOWLY WEED OUT THOSE PARTS OF YOUR INNER SELF THAT WERE CAUSING YOU TO BE BLOWN OUT OVER AND OVER AGAIN. This is my personal seduction armation list. Its mostly to help me be successful with women but also has a lot to do with having self-esteem condence and a healthy psychological state of being.
