Worked as the IT LAN Manager in the Central Offices of Pueblo Supermarkets Inc. Ensured of the proper functioning of company's information processing system and making upgrades as necessary. Helped business operations utilize information systems to improve efficiency. Manage and

troubleshoot over 350 Windows Servers, including 3,000+ Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Server email accounts. Implemented Retalix Retail software on over 15 POS supermarket branches. Virtualized with VM Ware ESX 3.5, more than 50 physical servers into 10 IBM Blade Servers, reducing server space and saving more than $100,000 a year in electric power bills.
