WORKING METHOD STATEMENT

WORKING HOURS For the period of the installation the hours worked by the Centra Security Engineers will be in accordance with the specific site requirements and those of the client. PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT All Centra Security Engineers carry standard issue P.P.E. (i.e. Toe Protector Boots, high visibility vests, hard helmets, etc.). These will be worn as necessary and in compliance with site requirements. When required, further P.P.E. will be used, compliant with the tasks undertaken (e.g. gloves, hearing defenders, goggles, overalls, etc.) HANDLING OF GOODS All goods and materials are of a suitable size and weight to be safely handled by the Centra Engineers. No mechanical handling apparatus (forklift, crane, etc.) is required, unless otherwise stated. GENERAL HOUSEKEEPING Every effort will be made to keep the work area as clean and tidy as possible. All packaging and waste materials will be moved to an area designated by the client for their disposal. On completion of the work, the area will be left clean and tidy SITE PREPARATION If the building is occupied during the Installation period, all relevant areas should be cordoned off. This ensures no unauthorised personnel should stray into hazardous areas. An alternative access route should be made available and clearly signed. If the work area is the only feasible access route to the building, All necessary cordons, warning and information signs are the responsibility of the client. If at all possible, a single vehicle parking space near to the site should be provided. This allows the Centra Engineers access to specialist tools and equipment for the duration of the job DELIVERY The equipment will be delivered on an appropriate day during the installation unless otherwise arranged. If necessary the client will provide a safe, secure and dry storage area, as local as possible to the proposed installation area. The client is to accept responsibility for any loss of, or damage to, any of the equipment whilst in storage TOOLING Standard electrical CCTV/ ACCESS / INTRUDER circuitry test equipment all fully tested. Portable 24-volt battery cordless power tools and standard hand tools be used. Aluminum 3 step step ladders

METHOD OF WORKING AND INSTALLATION SEQUENCE

Upon arrival on site the Centra Engineers will report to Security reception and follow the site security procedure issued to us. They will then park their car adjacent to the installation location for access to their tools during their works. The equipment will arrive to site which will be located near the installation where the Engineers can off load by hand. The site will be inspected and checked dimensionally for conformance to our requirements before installation is started. The equipment will then be installed according to the manufactures guidelines. All tools will be visually checked prior to use for damage. When drilling or cutting, appropriate eye and glove protection equipment will be worn as well as hard hat and safety footwear. Upon completion each day we will remove unwanted material from the installation. Security of the site cannot be guaranteed by us during our installation as it is dependent on progress. Centra Security have priced on a uninterrupted period on site. This installation period includes the commissioning of all equipment, therefore all power and relevant services must be available at this time. Any further visits outside the installation period may have cost implications.

SCOPE OF WORKS (SOW)

We will re-locate the model 8 controller all cable to be low voltage and signal/data. We will change the CCM Board and load Velocity software on the customers pc Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the condition of some of the magnet locks fitted which are well beyond the warranty. It is the clients responsibility to test the system regularly.
