Description:
UtilityTrakR is a Submetered and RUBS (Ratio Utility Billing System) utility billing
software. It helps billing companies to shorten the time to bill each community
every month. It permits assignment and tracking of responsibility for billing,
supervising and printing to various personnel in an organization. In apartments
with sub-meters, Meter reading files from sub-meters can be imported into the

 software. In apartments where it is not feasible to install sub-meters, various
methods of allocating the common utility bills can be used. It helps to create
move out bills dynamically in real time on the web. Residents can receive their
move out bill on the day that they move out. Rents, other resident charges as
well as all utilities can be billed for residents. Government entities where an
allowance is granted to each resident also can be billed.

UtilityTrakR provides separate interface for community managers. They can view
resident accounts, move in and move out residents, record on-site collections and
make adjustments, prepare final bills and enter meter readings on the web. In
addition, they can view and print all past invoices and reports. Residents can log
on the web and view their account with real time data. Interface with credit card
processing service to permit resident payments on the web. Management
companies are provided with an exclusive website to access reports. Portfolio
reports on all their communities are available.

2. DataTrakR

Description:
DataTrakR is Web-based software for multifamily properties. It automates the
entire leasing process of apartments. It helps the leasing agents to keep track of
guests, phone calls and interoffice communication, monitor and update apartment
availability in real time, get online, real time leasing percentages for employees.
DataTrakR facilitates online credit verification by connecting to credit verification
agencies instantly. It provides a web based Make Ready Board that makes it easy
to keep track of work orders and the ready status of apartments. The leasing
agents can view reports and track all aspects of apartment communities.
Maintenance in this project includes new features requested by the customer,
changing HTML reports to SQL Server Reports and bug fixing.

3. Job Spot Online

Description:
Job Spot Online a.k.a. Lubbock Job Spot is a job site that is run for people living
in Texas and New Mexico. This project aims to make searching and applying for
jobs easier. It provides login for employers and employees. The employees can
search for jobs and apply for suitable jobs. Job Spot also provides resume and
cover letter management. The users can choose from uploading their resume or
cover letter or typing it. They can also use a wizard to create a resume or cover
letter. The employers can filter the resumes received for the job and select
suitable candidates for the job.
Maintenance in this project consists of variety of enhancements like improving
the search feature, and new feature called “Featured Jobs”, that provide
advertisement revenue to the site. It also includes bug fixing.

4. Research Guru

Description:
ResearchGuru web portal maintains the medical records of patients and predicts
the problem of the patients by asking them a set of questions. This is for internal
use in hospitals and it acts as a questionnaire for patients. The patients are asked
to select answers for each question asked by Research Guru. Based on the
answer, Research Guru selects the next question and shoots it to the patient. The
final predicted result will be added to the patient information and the doctors can
easily identify the disease. This helps the doctors reduce the time taken for each
patient to identify the disease.
